I received 2 messages from this #. I tried calling the number back and the call wouldn't go through. I just received another call and answered it. A man said he was from the cancellation department. The messages said that my contract with Windows support was up for renewal Jan 20 2019. The message mentioned the platinum plan for single PC. The message said that I would be billed $299.99 if I did not call to cancel. The guy I spoke to said he was in India, and that he was from Dell. When I said I had not signed up for any new support service, he said they had all of my information. I said that they probably bought the info from someone to use for this purpose. He said I needed to complete a cancellation form. He asked if I was in front of my computer. I told him that I would not allow him to take control of my computer. I asked for his name, and he said, "You are wasting my time." He hung up. Definitely a scam.
