    No phone call but postcard in mail "second notice - please call Mrs.Miller" at 1-855-705-5427. Have been unable to contact your by phone. Was mailed form Orlando, FL on 7/6/16. Is it a new way of harassment???

    2nd notice please call Mrs. Miller 1-855-705-5427 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week...Mrs. Miller sure works a lot! Just bought house probably uses public records to fish for marks.
